Aquileia, listed in the Unesco art cities, still retains many monuments of its past, particulary important are the ruins of the Forum, the remains of the river port, the bell tower and especially the Basilica with its beautiful mosaic floor

A family quick trip in Aquileia ... We staied for a night in the hostel.
It was very cleaned
We had a multiple room just for our family: it was very bigg. The sheets we're included.
The host gave us many info about restaurants and he was very Kind.

Description - Hostel

Only ten Km. from Trieste's airport, Aquileia is well connected by public transport both to Trieste and Venice, as well as a good stop-by on one's way to Austria, Slovenia and Croatia.

The sandy beaches of Grado are only 10 minutes by bus and in summer speed boats connect the resort to Trieste and Croatia.

The hostel has mostly got family rooms (for 2, 3 and 4 persons) with private adjoining bathroom.
